HOW THIS WORKS

• Select the appropriate service matching your background (student vs. professional)
• Follow the instructions included in the questionnaire and fill out all the necessary information
• Once you submit the fully populated questionnaire, we will issue an electronic invoice (including VAT)
• Scheduling: The resume will be added to the schedule as soon as we receive the questionnaire and fee
• Duration: The resume is submitted in an editable Microsoft Word format within 15 days of scheduling
• To manage expectations, Resume Reborn does not provide infographics or graphic design-based resumes

POLICIES

• Resumes are written in a traditional style (no infographics services available and no graphic design)
• The content of the resume depends entirely on the information you provide. It is essential to fill out the questionnaire with comprehensive information to serve you better
• We apologize for not providing resume writing services without comprehensively filling out the questionnaire
• Attaching your current resume is unacceptable as the information does not help us in the development of content that represents your genuine accomplishments or our quality work
• Additional skills may be added based on experience, common sense, and industry requirements
• All of our resume writing services are currently being offered in the English language only
• You may submit one editing request within one week of receiving the resume
• Any additional editing requests will be evaluated for a fee and communicated
• Once we submit the resume to you, a refund cannot be issued
• Urgent requests (3-5 days) are subject to approval for an additional 50% of the service fee
• By transferring the amount and submitting the questionnaire, you agree to all policies
